Sportline Heart Rate Watch Instructions
Sportline produces a line of watches equipped with the ability to monitor your heart rate. This feature is useful during a workout or other strenuous activity because it provides an indicator of how hard your body is working and will alert you if you are in danger of overexertion. Sportline heart rate watches also come equipped with the standard features found in digital watches; some models include special features such a pedometer for use by runners or joggers.
Time
Press the “mode” button, located on the lower-left corner of the watch face. Hold down the “mode” button until the display indicates that you have accessed the “setting” menu. Press the “mode” button to select the “home time” option.

Use the two adjustment buttons located on the right side of the watch face to input the appropriate seconds setting. Press the “mode” button to save your settings and move on to the “minutes” setting. Set the minutes in a similar fashion, then press the “mode” button to proceed to the “hour” setting. Continue in this manner until you have set the hour, year, month, day, display and format settings.
Press the “mode” button and hold it down until the display indicates that you have returned to the “setting” menu. Continue to hold the button down until you have exited the “setting” menu.

Press the “mode” button to access the “lower zone limit” settings and use the adjustment buttons to set the limit to the desired settings. Press the “mode” button again and use the adjustment buttons to set the “upper zone limit” settings. Continue in this manner until you have set the “maximum heart rate alert” and “zone alert” settings as desired. Press and hold the “mode” button until you have exited the “setting” menu.
Press the button located below the display. Hold the button down until the display shows your current heart rate reading.
