As an important part of the daily diet, fiber binds itself to toxins and helps eliminate them, lowers cholesterol and blood sugar levels and aids in weight loss. The Cleansing Fiber Blend contains psyllium, which lubricates the intestines for easier elimination. Other ingredients include oat bran to regulate the digestive flow, and guar gum, pectin and marshmallow root to help soften the stool.
The prescription: for two weeks, four Cleansing Fiber Blend capsules in the morning and four capsules before going to bed.

Part of the liver’s job is to detoxify the body, produce bile and synthesize protein and glucose, all of which aid in digestion. The Milk Thistle Liver Cleanse contains a synergized blend of extracts—milk thistle, artichoke, dandelion and licorice—that support bile production and flow and help prevent damage from free radicals. Milk thistle’s most bioactive compound, silymarin, works to remove bacteria and other unhealthy matter from the liver and gall bladder.
The prescription: for the first week, one Milk Thistle Liver Cleanse capsule at night; for the second week, one capsule in the morning and two at night.
