On this diet plan, you drink four Medifast drinks a day and eat two meals consisting of a lean protein and nonstarchy vegetable.
While diet drink powders are a good way to help you reduce your calorie intake to lose weight, these types of diets do not teach you how to control calories to keep the weight off when you go back to eating regular food. Finding meal replacement plans that offer assistance with eating after the diet is a good place to start, such as the Medifast plan. You can also talk to your doctor or a dietitian for advice.
