Stacker 3 Ephedra Diet Pill Ingredients
The original Stacker 3 was a popular weight loss supplement that contained ephedra. In 2004, the Food and Drug Administration banned ephedra in weight loss products in the United States. Manufacturers of ephedra-based supplements including Stacker 3 had to change product formulations to comply with the FDA ban. Stacker 3 now offers two weight loss formulations that use slightly different approaches to weight loss. While Stacker 3 XPLC is a fat burner, Stacker 3 with chitosan eliminates purports to eliminate fat before your body has a chance to absorb the fat. As with any health supplement, you should speak with a medical professional prior to using any Stacker 3 product.
Stacker 3 XPLC
According to the product manufacturer, the Stacker 3 XPLC formulation promotes a thermogenic effect that burns the excess fat in your body through lipid mobilization. Stacker 3 XPLC contains ingredients designed to increase energy production in your body and raise your body’s temperature. Stacker 3 XPLC also deactivates the receptors on the exterior of the fat cells responsible for storing fat. This releases the fats from the cells and into your blood stream where your body can burn off the fat as energy. These manufacturers claims, however, have not been confirmed by scientific evidence that supports the effectiveness or safety of the Stacker 3 XPLC supplement.

The original Stacker 3 product contained ephedrine, aspirin and caffeine and functioned by increasing your metabolism causing your body to burn fat. The Stacker 3 XPLC formulation uses different herbs that the manufacturer claims will have the same effects on your body. The current Stacker 3 XPLC supplement contains a large dose of caffeine for energy, capsaicin to increase your body temperature, camellia sinensis, a type of green tea, yerba mate for energy, yohimbine alkaloids and dihydroxybergamottin.
Stacker 3 Chitosan
According to the product manufacturer, the Stacker 3 Chitosan formulation functions by preventing your body from absorbing the fats found in the foods that you eat. The ingredients found in this formulation include chitosan from shellfish, seeds of the kola nut, whole cactus plant extracts, grapefruit extract and bark from the white willow plant. The Stacker 3 Chitosan formulation also contains 250 mg of anhydrous caffeine per capsule. The manufacturers of this product further claim that Stacker 3 Chitosan can burn fat, slow your body’s ability to store fat and increase stamina and mental focus. Again, the manufacturer does not back up its claims with clinical evidence.
