Complete as many regular jumping jacks as you can in 15 to 30 seconds. Keep track of your time by watching a clock with a second hand.
Take a 10-second break. Do not sit during this time. Do push-ups or jog in place during your break.
Continue Steps 1 and 2 for 10 minutes.
Repeat Steps 1 through 3 three to four times each day. Try doing your jumping jacks faster when the exercise starts to feel too easy.
