Do not count milk, soda, coffee or tea in your water consumption. It is best to drink ice cold water which helps your body increase your metabolism and burn more fat.
EAT HEALTHY - Eat plenty of fruits, whole grains, vegetables and lean meats each day. Make sure that you eat plenty of protein to help build up your muscles. Avoid white flour and white sugar products which can slow down your metabolism and make it more difficult for your body to burn fat.
Eat often to keep your metabolism moving. Eating every two hours will signal to your body that food is plentiful and there is no need to store fat. Each time you have a snack, you are telling your body not to store fat. The longer you go without eating, you are telling your body to store fat because there may not be enough food to eat.
Make sure that each snack is small and healthy. 50-150 calories of a highly nutritious food such as vegetables, fruit, lean meat, nuts, seeds, yogurt or milk.
