How to Burn THC From Fat

Tetra Hydro Cannabinol (THC) is a chemical substance found in marijuana plants. Low doses of THC are being used for medicinal purposes to reduce pain, nausea and loss of appetite. But high consumption of marijuana, through smoking and foods, has adverse effects on our respiratory system, reproductive system, the cardiovascular system -- and even in our immune system. So in many countries, THC is designated as an illegal drug. It gets deposited in our fat cells and needs to be burnt off.

Step 1

Regularly exercise. Use your time to jog, run or speed walk, whichever you prefer. Exercise is the most effective way to burn fat from the body. Thus regular exercise helps to get rid of THC, which is stored in the fat cells of our body.

Step 2

Drink plenty of fluids. Drink lots of water and sports drinks. You have to keep the salt and electrolyte levels balanced in the body. Water absorbs salt and electrolytes, so it is better to also consume some sports drinks, which are full of salt and electrolytes.

Step 3

Modify your diet. Reduce fatty foods and sugar intake. This helps to burn off the already deposited fat, rather than concentrating on new sources. Consume fiber rich food to take out the fat through stool. Increase the vegetable intake as much as possible, and stay away from artificial food. Moreover, cranberry juice effectively removes toxins through urine. Instead of having a few larger meals, eat more small meals. As eating often increases metabolism and burns THC.

Step 4

Sweat your body to speed up the detoxification process. Take saunas, steam baths and exercise vigorously to promote a healthy sweat. You should take the utmost care to ensure that your body does not dehydrate too much.
