How to Use a Slimmer Belt
Remove all clothing covering your stomach. You may need to lower the waist of your pants so that your entire stomach is exposed. The Slimmer Belt should be applied directly the skin.
Wrap the Slimmer Belt around your waist with the smooth side touching your skin. Wrap the belt around your waist so that both sides meet at your belly button. Pull the belt so that it is snug and tight and use the Velcro lining to secure it in place.
Put your clothing back on over the Slimmer Belt.
Begin your workout. The Slimmer Belt can be used whether you're taking a leisurely walk or engaging in a full body exercise routine.
When your workout is complete, remove the Slimmer Belt. It can be hand- or machine-washed, but should be cleaned after every use.
Slimmer Belts are relatively inexpensive and can increase the benefits of a regular workout. Slimmer Belts use sauna action, which increases the temperature around its applied area to help shed excess water weight. The belts are generally used around the midsection and adjust to accommodate many different waist sizes.
