Strippers are known for their incredibly tight and toned bodies. Many women dream of having a body that is tight and toned from head to toe. With a lot of desire, hard work and some time, you, too, can get a body like a stripper and drive your man or any man wild. It just requires that you stick to your routine and stay focused on the prize.
Get up early each morning and run 1 to 2 miles. This will get the blood pumping and loosen your muscles so they won't be tight and tense throughout your day. Daily running also tones and tightens your thighs and calves, which are key body parts of strippers and give them a sexy shape.
Start taking dance classes. Dance classes will teach you to stretch your muscles and force you to create long, lean muscles as opposed to the bulky muscles of body builders and other athletes. Dance is also a fun form of exercise and will let you release some tension so you can enjoy the process of getting the body you want.
Get a pair of light hand weights, between 2 and 5 lbs. Each day do 10 lunges on each leg with the weight, followed by 10 pliés where you hold the weights out as you plié. Then do 20 small bicep curls. Tone your waist and shrink it with the dead weight drop. Stand with your feet hip width apart. Hold one weight in each hand. Slowly bend sideways, stretching out and creasing your body directly sideways at the waist. Allow the weight to pull you down. Slowly return to your starting position, being sure to keep your body flat, not curved or twisted sideways. Repeat on the opposite side. Do this 15 times.
Use an exercise band to stretch your feet and calves. Hold each end of the band in your hands. Place one foot in the center of the band. Pull the band toward you and push away or push down with your foot. Hold for three seconds then release gently. Repeat 10 times on each leg. This exercise works your feet and calves to create strong, toned curved body parts.
Lie on your back on the floor. Bend your knees and place your feet on the floor, hip width apart. Allow your arms to relax at your sides. Using only your hip muscles lift your hips as high as you can while leaving your upper back on the floor. Hold for one minute then rest. Repeat 15 times. Strippers always have nice rears so you want to make sure you have a nice tight set of buns. Repeat all these exercises daily.
