How to Get Rid of Chest Acne Fast
You need to get rid of chest acne fast but typical acne treatments need time to work. Moreover, the harsh ingredients found in common acne treatments may cause dry patches on the skin, increasing the overall time to clear up acne breakouts. Facial acne medications are not suitable for treating chest acne, so you need to use some common items in your kitchen pantry or medicine cabinet. Whether you plan to hit the beach or wear a V-neck shirt, you can show off a radiant decollete, and feel confident about going bare.

Make a nonoily moisturizer that inhibits acne flare-ups and soothes the skin. Wait two to three hours after using the salt solution before applying the moisturizer. For stubborn chest acne, apply calamine lotion to the chest with a cotton ball 2. You can leave calamine lotion on the chest for all-day use or apply before bedtime. The calamine lotion dries up sebum as well as it does for ooze in poison ivy and other skin rashes.

Synthetic fabrics, such as polyester retain heat and agitate the skin, causing acne and other skin irritations. Wear a soft cotton shirt after application, and wear breathable fabrics in warm weather and when working or playing outdoors.
Prepare an oral remedy to clean chest acne from the inside out. Heat two cups of hot water with one tbsp. of honey and two tbsp. of apple cider vinegar. You should see chest acne clearing up within 24 to 48 hours. Drink this remedy daily to prevent acne flare-ups.
Tips
You may break out more during stressful times, so if you have anxiety about going to the beach or attending a special event, this could aggravate flare-ups. Plan on treating acne a week or so before attending an event where you need to look your best.
Avoid processed foods, and increase your consumption of vitamin and antioxidant-rich foods. The occasional piece of dark chocolate may give you the antioxidants you need, as dark chocolate is rich in antioxidants.
Get plenty of exercises and shower or cleanse after each workout. Choose athletic clothes made of cotton fabrics over the popular active wear made with polyester so perspiration has a way of escaping and evaporating. If you workout at a gym that offers an amenity with a steam room or steam shower, use the feature regularly to clean your pores and prevent acne flare-ups.
Warnings
Some of the worst forms of chest acne may cause cysts or lesions on the chest, which require prescription-strength medications. If you have severe chest acne, see a doctor. Cysts and lesions cause scars, even after the acne clears up.
Do not pick your acne. Picking acne may cause scarring and provoke an infection.
