Crystal Light Nutrition Information

Made with sugar substitutes, Crystal Light contains fewer calories than regular soft drinks but isn't calorie free, like many diet sodas. Crystal Light comes in powder form and mixes with water to create a flavored beverage. Several varieties of Crystal Light are available, and nutrition facts vary from product to product.
