Many individuals who want to lose weight often do not have the know-how or willpower to stick with their diet and exercise programs. Weight loss coaches and educators are available to help motivate and get you on the right track. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, jobs in the health education field are expected to grow by 18 percent by the year 2018. If you have a passion for helping others, weight loss certification may be for you. There are a variety of programs that get you certified to help others on their weight loss journey.
