The combination of hip hop music and a dance routine can be a strong motivator. With the Hip Hop Abs program, exercise and nutrition are both key factors. The creator of this dancing to lose weight trend is Shaun T. This New Jersey native started dancing in theater, progressed to television and also worked as a choreographer.
