The Calories in Lipotrim
Lipotrim, a supervised meal replacement program available in the United Kingdom, provides very few calories in its early stages and promises weight loss averaging more than 12 lb. per month. You should consult your doctor before embarking on this extreme diet.
Calories in Meal Replacement Shakes
During the first part of the Liptotrim diet, you replace all ordinary food with nutrient-fortified shakes available for purchase through your pharmacist. The shakes contain less than 150 calories and provide 2 g of fat, 15 g of carbohydrates and 14 g of protein.
During the maintenance phase of the Lipotrim diet, you eat low-calorie food supplemented by Lipotrim products. The Lipotrim maintenance bar provides 204 calories, 3.5 g fat, 29 g carbohydrates and and 14 g. protein. The Lipotrim maintenance chocolate whip provides 229 calories, 2 g fat, 37 g carbohydrates and 21 g protein.
Lipotrim is a very low-calorie diet plan, reducing your calorie intake by about 75 percent. Given the diet's severe caloric restrictions, the company's monthly weight-loss predictions of a stone, or approximately 14 lb. per month for women and a stone and a half, or approximately 20 lb. for men, may be realistic. However, due to its extremely low calorie content, the diet may not be safe even if properly supervised by your doctor or pharmacist.
