Take a tablespoon of powder from the sachet. Tip the powder into a mug or cup.

Add the drink of your choice to the powder. According to the instructions on the bottle, you can add milk, water or fruit juice.

Stir the powder into the liquid with a tablespoon, until the powder completely dissolves. Nopalina should be taken twice a day for optimum results.

Take eight Nopalina capsules a day, if you choose not to use the powder. The bottle instructions recommend consumers take four at a time, at two separate daily intervals.

Stay well-hydrated when taking a course of Nopalina. The guidelines recommend consumers drink a minimum of two liters of water a day, as Nopalina can cause dehydration.

Take Napolina for at least six months, for optimum results.

Warning

Prolonged use of Nopalina can lead to colon problems. Nopalina contains several laxative ingredients which can harm your colon over time. Speak to your physician about the supplements, before beginning a program. Changing to a healthier diet and exercising regularly can often cure digestive problems too.
