Pelvic Floor Exercises
Most people assume that only women need to perform pelvic floor exercises, but they can also benefit men to improve their sexual performance. Men can identify their pelvic floor muscles by stopping their urine flow midstream, then rapidly tense and relax this muscle 30 to 50 times three times each day.
Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of virility and sexual energy. Yoga increases energy and muscle tone as well as helping to improve sex drive. Specific yoga poses such as the butterfly pose, cobra pose, and modified wheel pose are particularly helpful for increasing sexual performance. If you are practicing yoga be sure to take any necessary precautions and do not push yourself too strenuously right away.
Since abundant blood flow is necessary to get and maintain an erection, exercises that increase blood flow to the heart and lungs will also help to increase sexual potency. Aerobic exercise and deep breathing are excellent ways to increase circulation and blood flow. They will also help to improve sexual performance.
