Place the appropriate number of green tea pills on the back of your tongue.
Wash the green tea pills down with 4 to 6 oz. of water, making sure that they do not get stuck in your throat.
Take green tea pills an hour before bedtime so that you won’t be awakened when the water you took them with needs to pass through your system.
