The parfait contributes only a small amount to your daily sodium intake. With 85 mg, it represents 4 percent of the maximum recommended intake.
The Fruit 'N Yogurt Parfait has 31 g of total carbohydrates, which includes 1 g of dietary fiber as well as 21 g of sugars, McDonald's reports.
The yogurt in the parfait helps bolster its protein content, with each parfait cup containing 4 g of protein.
Vitamins and Minerals
The berries in the Fruit 'N Yogurt Parfait increase the content of some essential vitamins and minerals. Each fruit parfait has 15 percent of the recommended daily intake for vitamin C and calcium and 4 percent of the recommended daily intake for iron, according to McDonald's.
