How to Watch Live Football Online

By Greyson Ferguson

Football is one of the most popular spectator sports in the country. With more than 100 college teams and more than 30 professional teams, there is almost always a game to watch during the season. However it is not always possible to be near a television. This may be due to work or perhaps being out of town and the desired game isn't aired in the area. Luckily, multiple games every week are streamed live on the Internet, so as long as there is an Internet connection somewhere nearby, you may still be in luck.

Navigate to ESPN.com. This is one of the websites for the popular television channel. They also stream live sports online, as well.

Click "ESPN 360." This can be found toward the top of the screen, directly under the live scores. This will take you to a different area of the website.

Fill out the information required (which is typically email address and Internet provider). Occasionally you will not be given access due to the cable provider's restrictions. Select the game you want to watch from the selections on the right side of the screen. You can also watch a replay of a game if you missed it. Once you click on the game, a smaller window will load. This window will stream the game live. This is typically done commercial-free, as well.
