How to Use iGallop

By Joshua Benjamin

The iGallop is a small stool-like fitness device designed to mimic the motions of a horse ride. Riding an iGallop will, ostensibly, help improve your posture and may also help tone your midsection from trying to keep your balance on the little stool. The iGallop features four adjustable speeds, and because it does not require the use of your hands, leaves you free to do light upper-body workouts while the machine is running.

Step 1

Sit on the iGallop. Make sure you are facing the handlebar on the front, and that your legs are raised off of the ground and angled toward the back.

Step 2

Select your desired speed on the remote from the four choices presented.

Step 3

Press the "Start" button to begin your workout. You can either place your hands on your thighs or the handlebar, or you can do a free-weight workout in conjunction with the iGallop.

Step 4

Press the "Start" button again after 15 minutes to extend your workout if desired.
