Learning to Grip and Throw a Riser In Baseball
Start by gripping the baseball like a standard two-seam fastball. Place your thumb at a five o' clock angle underneath. This is real important to enable the baseball to continue to rise towards the plate. The rotation will look like the earth rotating in a counter clockwise motion when you throw a riser.
