How to Organize a Little League Baseball Tournament

Organizing a Little League baseball tournament requires a lot of coordinating--finding playing fields, planning around weather, finding umpires and setting schedules. Because of all the planning required, you must take some steps to get as much of organizing done early so at the time of the tournament, you can sit back and enjoy it.

Determine how much interest there is in a tournament. Start with your own team to determine the players and parents interest in putting together a tournament.
