Fill a restroom sink with warm water, adding soap to the water once it is filled.

Place your fingers inside the warm water.

Leave your hands inside the water while rubbing the affected area gently with a damp cloth. If your fingers are bonded together by the glue, do not pull apart, instead gently wiggle affected area until the area becomes unstuck.

Apply moisturizer to the skin after removing the adhesive, as moisturizer will help heal the skin if it is inflamed.
