Flabby under arms is a curse for many women. As women age, muscle tone goes out the window. This does not, however, have to affect you. You don't have to surrender your body to weak flabbiness. In fact, there are ways you can correct flabby arms that have already reared their ugly heads. There are some simple things you can do to help yourself. You don't have to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on non FDA approved treatments or liposuction. You can do a few simple things at home to get rid of your flabby under arms. In fact, you can actually begin to see results within the first two months of work. Use this guide to get rid of your flabby arms.
Eat a diet full of lean meats, fruits, and vegetables. Leave out the fatty, fried foods. For most people, flab begins with being overweight. You typically will not have a flabby arm problem if you weight what you should. Make sure to alter your diet and the arm flab will naturally fix itself.
Stand with your legs shoulder width apart with a light hand weight in each hand. A healthy diet is great, but it doesn't work very quickly on your arms. You will need to do a little weight training to really make a difference. Know that 5 lb. weights should do the trick. Lift the weights over your head with your thumbs and fingers facing in.
Bend your arms at the elbow down behind your shoulder. Slowly lift the weights back to the straight position above your head. There is no need to hurry through this exercise. In fact, the slower you do it, the more controlled your muscles. Repeat this movement 10 times.
Get on your hands and knees and walk your hands forward until there is a straight plain from your back to your knees. Now it is time for some push-ups.
Lower your body to the ground, keeping your knees on the floor. Raise back up again. This is the modified push-up. It will help tone your under arms and pectoral muscles. Do 10 repetitions of modified push-ups each day and you will see a big difference.
