Fixing a crooked nose requires the surgeon to have to target the nasal bones as well as the septum. To fix a deviated septum, your cosmetic surgeon may remove a portion of the septum or place tiny incisions in it to realign it.

This is a relatively unpleasant surgery so make sure that it is high on your priority list before really considering it. If you are having difficulty breathing it may be covered under your health insurance. The cost without insurance is around $5,000

Make sure that you see a qualified and certified physician for this procedure. This is not the time to try and save a few hundred dollars.
